Is Leadership as Simple as a Yes or No?

After years of exposure, knowledge and growth I have come to a personal conclusion that the concept of “leadership” is not as simple as a ‘yes’or ‘no’ question. We all know of the question, “Are you a leader?” or “Would you consider yourself a leader?” but to be completely honest I don’t think I could answer this question by simply saying ‘yes’ or ‘no’.
